A Proctor Group Fireshield Permeable Walling Underlay – 20m X 1.1m Roll

Featuring a surface coated with intumescent material, this Fireshield Permeable Walling Underlay is a suitable choice for various walling applications, including those found in multi-story buildings. Its intumescent coating safeguards the underlying structure by minimising the risk of fire propagation and significantly reducing the formation of droplets and smoke.

During installation, this underlay should be affixed to the substrate using mechanical fixings, following the same procedure as standard breather membranes. You should ensure it is fixed directly to the substrate while staggering the vertical laps. It is crucial to secure this Fireshield with appropriate fixings for the substrate considering their fire performance.
