An endlessly versatile multi-purpose insulation board, Celotex GA4080 is ideal for a large number of applications, including pitched roofs, flat roofs, solid floors and masonry walls, steel framed and timber framed systems and more. It consists of polyisocyanurate (PIR) and is surprisingly easy to handle, cut and shape, which makes it a convenient solution. This high-performance insulation board boasts impressive thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m.K and provides excellent thermal performance. So, it should come as no surprise that even though it’s thinner than most similar products on the market, it easily meets the required U-value.
But wait – there’s more! Thanks to the innovative low emissivity foil facing, thermal performance in sealed cavity air spaces is dramatically improved, boosting the potential U-value. As you’d expect from Celotex, the GA4090 is designed to the most rigorous standards in the industry. In fact, the BBA (British Board of Agrement) has approved it as fit for use in defined roof, wall and floor applications when installed, used and maintained according to the guidelines in the certificate. The GA4090 has a BRE (Building Research Establishment) Green Guide Rating of A, which will improve your environmental performance. Apart from everything else, it will provide reliable long-term energy savings for your home.
