Not only is this Jabfloor insulation highly durable and rot-proof, but it is also flood-proof, ensuring that it will remain effective for the lifespan of your building. Made from expanded polystyrene (EPS), it is lightweight and easy to handle on site. It can be used in a variety of subfloor constructions such as below suspended timber floors, suspended concrete floors, screed, ground supported slab and chipboard.

Solid ground floors are not required to provide fire resistance. When correctly installed, this EPS Jabfloor insulation will be completely protected by the chipboard and will not adversely impact the fire performance of your floor.

• Jabfloor 100 insulation is suitable for use with commercial floors that may experience higher loadings. For more specialised commercial and industrial applications, Jabfloor is also available in higher grades up to Jabfloor 250.
• Euroclass E, flame retardant material is available to order. Please contact our sales team if this is a requirement.
• This Jabfloor insulation is a building grade material and will not be completely white in appearance.
• All deliveries will be kerbside and will require a willingness to assist with off-loading.
