Flood-proof, rot-proof and long-lasting, Jablite Jabfloor 70 Polystyrene EPS Insulation Boards are engineered to maintain their effectiveness throughout the entire lifespan of a building. Lightweight and easy to manage on site, they are constructed from expanded polystyrene (EPS) and include a distinctive white appearance with a speckled black and pink finish.

Designed for use with all types of domestic floor constructions, Jabfloor 70 can be situated on top of a concrete slab or pre-cast concrete floor in ground-level constructions, where it is finished with a layer of chipboard to the appropriate U-value requirements. Alternatively, it can be applied beneath chipboard, screed, suspended concrete floors, suspended timber floors, and ground-supported slabs.

Solid ground floors are not obligated to provide fire resistance. If installed correctly, the EPS insulation is entirely protected by the chipboard and no adverse effects on the floor’s fire performance should occur.

• Jabfloor is a building grade material and will not be completely white in appearance.
• All deliveries will be kerb-side and will require a willingness to assist with off-load.
• Euroclass E, flame retardant material is available to order. Please contact our sales team if this is a requirement.
• Jabfloor 100 is suited to commercial floors that endure greater weight loads. For more specialised commercial and industrial applications, Jabfloor is also available in higher grades up to Jabfloor 250.
