Jablite Jabfloor 70 Polystyrene EPS Insulation Board 2.4m X 1.2m X 75mm

Rot-proof and durable, as well as flood-proof, Jablite Jabfloor 70 Polystyrene EPS Insulation Boards are intended to remain effective throughout the building’s lifespan. White with a speckled black and pink finish, these boards are made from expanded polystyrene (EPS) which is lightweight and easy to handle on site.

Jabfloor 70 is typically sufficient for all types of domestic floor constructions. It can be placed on top of a concrete slab or pre-cast concrete floor in ground-floor constructions and a wearing layer of chipboard can then be added to necessary U-value requirements. It also can be applied below chipboard, screed, suspended concrete floors, suspended timber floors, and ground-supported slab.

It is not required for solid ground floors to provide fire resistance. When installed correctly, the EPS insulation is completely protected by the chipboard and there will be no adverse effects on the floor’s fire performance.

• Jabfloor is a building grade material and will not be completely white in appearance.
• All deliveries will be kerb-side and will require a willingness to assist with off-load.
• Euroclass E, flame retardant material is available to order. Please contact our sales team if this is a requirement.
• Jabfloor 100 insulation is suitable for use with commercial floors that may experience higher loadings. For more specialised commercial and industrial applications, Jabfloor is also available in higher grades up to Jabfloor 250.
