Ideal for all types of floor construction in both commercial and domestic buildings such as below suspended timber or concrete floors, screed, chipboard and ground-supported slab, this Jabfloor 100 insulation is predominantly used for commercial floors where higher loadings will likely be endured.

Suitable for placement above a pre-cast concrete floor or concrete slab in ground-floor constructions, these Jabfloor boards can be finished with a hard-wearing layer of chipboard to relevant uValue requirements. Made from expanded polystyrene (EPS), they are lightweight and easy to handle on-site. They are durable and rot-proof and will stay effective for the life of your building. What’s more, they have the additional benefit of being flood-proof.

Please note:

• These Jabfloor insulation boards are white boards with a speckled pink and black finish. Jabfloor is a building-grade material and will not be completely white in appearance.
• Jabfloor 70 insulation is mostly used for domestic floors. Higher grades up to Jabfloor 250 are also available which may be required in certain specialist commercial and industrial applications.
• Solid ground floors are not necessary to provide fire resistance. When correctly installed, the EPS insulation is completely protected by the chipboard and will have no adverse effect on the fire performance of the floor. Euroclass E, flame retardant material, is available to order, so please contact us if this is a requirement.
