Ideal for all floor constructions across domestic and commercial buildings, Jabfloor Insulation comes in different grades to suit different projects. While Jabfloor 70 is best used with domestic floors, this Jabfloor 100 Polystyrene Insulation Board is fantastic for commercial floors that are liable to encounter higher loadings.

These insulation boards are white with a speckled pink and black finish, and include an expanded polystyrene (EPS) structure. They are light in weight which makes for easy on-site handling, as well as durable, rot-proof and flood-proof to work efficiently for the duration of your building.

You can place this Jabfloor insulation above a concrete slab or a pre-cast concrete floor in ground-floor constructions and finish it with a wearing layer of chipboard to appropriate U-value constraints. It can also be positioned below ground supported slab, suspended concrete and timber floors, and screed.

Please note:

• Jabfloor insulation is a building-grade material and is not completely white in appearance.
• Jabfloor insulation is available in higher grades up to Jabfloor 250 which may be required in specialist industrial and commercial applications.
• Solid ground floors are not required to provide fire resistance. When installed correctly, the EPS insulation is fully protected by the chipboard and will have no adverse effect on the fire performance of the floor. Euroclass E, flame retardant material, is available to order. Please contact our team if this is required.
