Ideal for uses in offices and schools, Jabfloor 100 is a floor insulation board that achieves the required U-value and compressive performance across a range of floor applications. It is white with a pink and black speckled finish and is a cost-effective insulation option, intended to last for the life of the building.

Flood-proof, lightweight and easy to handle, it can be implemented below ground supported slab, above slab when below chipboard or screed and with precast suspended concrete. It can also be used in cold store applications.

Jabfloor is also non-toxic and biologically inert, as well as completely recyclable.

It is not mandatory for solid ground floors to provide fire resistance. If Jabfloor is installed appropriately, it is safeguarded by the screed floor finish and will not negatively impact the building’s fire performance in any way.
