Kingspan Kooltherm K112, previously known as Kingspan Kooltherm K12, serves as a highly effective insulation solution. This framing board insulation product is typically installed between studs or used as insulation sheathing, suitable for both timber and steel frame walls, and delivers exceptional performance with an impressively low thermal conductivity of just 0.018 W/mK.

The Kooltherm K112 insulation comprises of a rigid phenolic core, which is faced on both sides with low emissivity foil to achieve its low thermal conductivity. As a result, it is an ideal choice for both new built projects and refurbishment works, as it is straightforward to install and easy to handle. For refurbishments, it can even lower U-values in previously uninsulated areas.
