This large five-litre tub is perfect for large-scale projects, and the sealant is easy to apply. Additionally, it functions as an acoustic seal in party walls and obstructs the passage of smoke.

This top-quality sealant provides exceptional fire protection for up to four hours in joints up to 30mm wide. It has also been tested in accordance with BS476: Part 20 for compliance, and it has third-party approval from the LPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board) in terms of performance and quality.
