It is suitable for use under new or existing carpets in refurbishment projects or new builds.

This SilentWool Acoustic Insulation Underlay is especially popular in older houses where there may be existing gaps in the floorboards, allowing underfloor drafts to make a room feel cold. The thick layer of this SilentWool Insulation under a carpet will also act as a long-lasting underlay, protecting the carpet from premature wear and tear.
